The questioner: Shaykh, regarding one of the followers of al-Khasas.

The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner: We would like to answer it for you. How is your time?

The Shaykh: By Allah, as you know, my time is very tight. Perhaps He will make it easy for us on a coming night, if Allah wills, but I cannot specify it right now.

The questioner: So, I will call you later.

The Shaykh: In two or three days, perhaps Allah (Mighty and Majestic) will make it easy for us.

The questioner: Shaykh, if, for example, one person gives another person money for zakah and tells him, “Spend this money as you see fit,” and he was in need of this money, is it permissible for him to take this money?

The Shaykh: Unless he has a specific text from him.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : And beware of that.

The questioner: Peace be upon you.

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
