What is the grade of the hadith of 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): "We saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) stand for a funeral, so we stood, and sit, so we sat"

Eid Abbasi : What is the grade of the hadith in which 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "We saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) stand for a funeral, so we stood, and sit, so we sat," narrated by Ahmad?

The Shaykh : The hadith is authentic, and we discussed it in terms of its chain of narration and jurisprudence in "Rulings on Funerals"; so whoever wishes to expand on it should refer to it.
