Discussion of the correct methodology for implementing the ruling by the Shari'ah of Allah (Mighty and Majestic).

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : ... some Islamic peoples, such as the Syrian people, for example. If we assume that this means they accomplished the impossible and handed them the rule, what can they do? Nothing. What indicates this? This indicates that the methodology of those who demand rule from a person who rules by other than what Allah has revealed is that they do not adopt the first step to which this writer called; which is that we establish the Islamic society in our lives, in our transactions, in our families, in [this and that], and so on. Because this, in reality, truly prepares the atmosphere for the ruler if he wishes to apply an Islamic ruling.
I say, for example: if people adopted ruling by Islam, and the orders were issued one after another: it is forbidden for a woman to go out displaying her adornment, it is forbidden to enter cinemas, it is forbidden such and such; who are the individuals who will apply these laws? They are those who were originally raised on Islam. But take the Islamic law and apply its spirit in Europe in one sudden leap; this is truly impossible. However, the atmosphere must be prepared for this, but not as our friend here says, preparing the atmosphere one hundred percent; that is an impossible matter. So, whatever of the Shari'ah rulings can be applied, we are satisfied with it and do not wait forever. This is a gain and a profit. But this does not lead us, as these people did and are still doing, to believe that the society cannot be reformed except by establishing the Muslim state.
Now, who establishes the Muslim state? True Muslims or geographical Muslims?
This is a lesson and a reminder, and the reminder benefits the Muslims, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.

Eid Abbasi : ... (peace and blessings be upon him):
... does this sun set?! ... تغرب هذه الشمس ؟!
. I said: Allah and His Messenger know best. He said:
It goes and prostrates underneath (Allah's) Throne فإنها تذهب حتى تسجد تحت العرش عند ربِّها وتستأذن
Sahih al-Bukhari 4802
. Al-Bukhari narrated it. Does this mean that the Throne of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) is in the lowest heaven?
Second: the hadith narrated by Muslim from Anas that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), when the sky rained, would uncover his shoulders until the rain would touch him and say:
Because it has recently been with its Lord. إنه حديث عهدٍ بربِّه
Sunan Abi Dawud 5100Sahih (Al-Albani)
, and it is known that the clouds, the source of rain, are close to the earth in the lowest heaven?

The Shaykh: Yes? That the source ...?

Eid Abbasi: Even though the clouds are the source of rain, of course.

The Shaykh: Yes.

Eid Abbasi: ... close to the earth and it is in the lowest heaven.

The Shaykh : Yes.

Eid Abbasi: Or how do we understand these two hadiths, and may Allah reward you with good?

The Shaykh: It appears that in the first hadith, the questioner finds it difficult that the sun prostrates when it sets, going under the sun.

The questioner: Under the Throne.

The Shaykh: Under the Throne.
