Is it true that you weakened the statement of Ibn 'Abbas that Allah revealed the Qur'an in one lump to the lowest heaven in Ramadan, and is there any evidence to the contrary?

The questioner : The honorable Shaykh says regarding the topic of the Qur'an that you spoke about, may Allah reward you with good, that a statement is attributed to you, and I do not know its authenticity, and I want you to clarify it. It is attributed to you that you weakened the statement of Ibn 'Abbas that Allah revealed the Qur'an in one lump to the lowest heaven in Ramadan. Is this true, meaning what is attributed to you? And is there any evidence to the contrary?

The Shaykh : Yes, the evidence to the contrary is that Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, speaks with the Qur'an when He reveals it to Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). The evidence that He speaks with it when it is revealed to him is that He, Glorified and Exalted is He, speaks about events that have occurred, such as His saying:
And [remember] when you, [O Muhammad], left your family in the morning to post the believers at their stations for the battle وَإِذْ غَدَوْتَ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ تُبَوِّئُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مَقَاعِدَ لِلْقِتَالِ
[Ali 'Imran 3:121]
And "when" is a time marker for the past; Allah, Mighty and Majestic, speaks about something that has already happened from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). And His saying:
Certainly has Allah heard the speech of the one who argues with you, [O Muhammad], concerning her husband قد سمع الله قول التي تجادلك في زوجها
[Al-Mujadila 58:1]
Is it correct to say "Allah has heard" regarding something whose owner has not yet been created? One cannot have heard unless after a sound. This indicates that Allah spoke this verse after the one who was arguing spoke.
Allah has certainly heard the statement of those [Jews] who said, "Indeed, Allah is poor, while we are rich." لقد سمع الله قول الذين قالوا إن الله فقير ونحن أغنياء
[Ali 'Imran 3:181]
And similar contexts indicate that Allah, the Exalted, spoke with the Qur'an when He revealed it to Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). This is what makes me doubt the authenticity of the hadith narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that the Qur'an was revealed in one lump to the lowest heaven in the House of Glory. This requires authentic hadiths in which we have no doubt, so that we are compelled to interpret the verses that indicate that the Qur'an was revealed after the occurrence of the events about which Allah speaks. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward the honorableThe Shaykh : A phenomenon has appeared among some committed youth that we need to clarify, which is that some of them say that any writer who has fallen into religious innovation in his book, or who has become one of those who speak about some of the innovations, or who has notes regarding his creed, then his statement is not accepted but is rejected, and that he is not prayed for with mercy. Also, they have started declaring people disbelievers for any sin they see or for any shortcoming in them. We ask you to clarify this, may Allah guide you.

The Shaykh : The question now has two parts. The first part: If one of the scholars speaks of a religious innovation or follows the methodology of the people of innovation in one of the issues, is he considered one of them? The answer: No.
