When combining two prayers, do we make du'a after the second iqamah and straighten the rows?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : When we combine two prayers, whether traveling or resident, do we make the supplication "O Allah, Lord of this complete call" after the second iqamah, and do we tell the worshippers to straighten their rows in the second combined prayer?

The Shaykh : As for the answer, it remains valid. As for straightening the rows, it is according to need. If you see a row is crooked, you straighten it. If you find them still straight, praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.

The questioner : As for the supplication "O Allah, Lord of this complete call"

The Shaykh : What is this? We said the answer remains valid.
