What is the ruling on what some girls studying in universities (in lands of disbelief) do, namely that they neglect the Zuhr and 'Asr prayers, and sometimes the Maghrib prayer, on the excuse that

The questioner : We have here Muslim girls, some of whom study medicine and others pharmacy, and so on. They asked us about their prayers: she goes to work at eight in the morning and returns home at six or seven in the evening. In winter, this means that the Zuhr, 'Asr, and Maghrib prayers are missed, and there is no place in the university where she can pray. So what is the solution? Especially since we already know that her going there without a mahram is not permissible.

The Shaykh : Did we not tell you:
So flee to Allah ففروا إلى الله
[Adh-Dhariyat 51:50]
and return to the lands of Islam so that you do not fall into such a problem? And we told you that those who sleep between the graves are the dead who are alive with you, the dead who are not alive.

The questioner : Praise be to Allah, in our city there are no places... .

The Shaykh : My brother, my statement is general: this is not permissible. Is there an answer to this? The answer is that the original ruling is that you return to your Islamic lands. Or, I think we discussed with you in some detail, if there are Islamic callers and they are able to implement Islam as if they were in the lands of Islam, so that these Muslims are preserved, then there is no power or strength except in Allah, and we say it is permissible. But as for living like this, one goes from here, and the second and third go from there, and what remains of Islam is just the jilbab, and the one who falls into problems due to stubbornness, while the obligatory acts are neglected, and they are more important than this issue. And we do not say this in disparagement of the jilbab, because it is obligatory, but it is obligatory to combine all the obligations. This has no answer at all except either that they control the implementation of the Islamic system so that they do not miss performing any of the individual obligations, or that they return to the lands of Islam.
