Is it permissible to make up the Maghrib prayer in the time of Fajr, or Maghrib in the time of 'Asr?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible to make up the Maghrib prayer in the time of Fajr, or Maghrib in the time of 'Asr?

The Shaykh : It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:
Whoever sleeps through a prayer or forgets it, let him pray it when he remembers it. من نام عن صلاة أو نسيها فليصلها إذا ذكرها
So if one sleeps through a prayer and wakes up, he prays it in whatever time he wakes up, and if one forgets it, he prays it in whatever time he remembers it. However, it is not permissible for him to delay any prayer beyond its time without an excuse. If he does so and delays it beyond its time without an excuse and then prays it, it will not be accepted from him, even if he prays it a thousand times. Likewise, regarding sleep, a person must be cautious when he goes to sleep and do what will ensure he wakes up, such as setting an alarm clock or instructing someone from the household or from outside the house to wake him for prayer. It is not permissible to be negligent, as some people do, sleeping while knowing that he will not get up until after the sun rises, yet he does not care about this. That is an abomination and is not permissible. If a person had a worldly job that was due at the break of dawn, you would see him watching the stars to know when dawn breaks so that he could go to his work.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good, O honorable Shaykh.
