The similarity of Muslims to the Jews in their ruses (and the discussion of the borrowed he-goat)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : What are Muslims doing today? Unfortunately, many of them fit the description of the statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
You will follow the wrong ways, of your predecessors so completely and literally that if they should go into the hole of a mastigure, you too will go there.
Sahih al-Bukhari 3456
And there is a hadith in Sunan al-Tirmidhi that completes this hadith, and it is very terrifying, saying:
Even if there were among them someone who would have intercourse with his mother on the roadside, there would be among you someone who would do that.
And you are seeing now how some of the young men and some of the women are attacking the imitation of the disbelievers, both male and female, to the point that a person can hardly believe what is being reported today about the imitation of Muslims of the disbelievers. This is a confirmation of the words of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him):
You will follow the wrong ways, of your predecessors so completely and literally
Sahih al-Bukhari 3456
to the end of the hadith. These calamities that we are falling into, or half of them, now, such as installment sales and the like, which involve making permissible riba (usury or interest), have some forms that occurred in the past and some of them still occur today. Some of them occur under the name of the Shari'ah, and this is what I must warn you about. You must have all heard his statement (peace and blessings be upon him):
Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib: (The narrator Isma'il said: I think ash-Sha'bi attributed this tradition to the Prophet) The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Curse be upon the one who marries a divorced woman with the intention of making her lawful for her former husband and upon the one for whom she is made lawful.
Sunan Abi Dawud 2076Sahih (Al-Albani)
This is the marriage that is called in some countries al-tajhishah. Do you know what that is? Do you have such a thing?
Abu Layla : The borrowed he-goat...

The Shaykh : No, that hadith will come with us.
Abu Layla : Yes, exactly.

Another questioner : In the Gulf region, this is al-tajhishah...

The Shaykh : Yes, this al-tajhishah is the work of the Jews, turning and twisting to make permissible what Allah has forbidden. Allah the Exalted said:
Divorce is twice. Then, either keep [her] in an acceptable manner or release [her] with good treatment
[Al-Baqarah 2:229]
meaning in the third instance
she is not lawful to him afterward until [after] she marries a husband other than him
[Al-Baqarah 2:230]
Every Muslim must remember, indeed must know, that when Allah Mighty and Majestic permits something or forbids something, it is for a profound wisdom whose benefit returns to the community. If divorce is made two times, it is a revocable divorce, meaning it is permissible for the husband, if he divorces his wife with the first divorce, to take her back against her will, and if he divorces her with the second divorce, it is permissible for him to take her back against her will, provided it is during the waiting period, during the 'iddah. But if he divorces her the third time, it is finished. We allowed you the first time: if you divorce her, you can take her back. We allowed you the second time: if you divorce her, you can take her back. But the third time, she is not lawful for him thereafter until she marries another husband. What does it mean now that some people engage in al-tahlil and borrow a he-goat, which the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) named, and what a good name it is for this he-goat, these people with the borrowed he-goat? Why? The he-goat, as an animal, when it mounts its female, what is its intention? To satisfy its lust. This is the opposite of the Muslim, when he marries, what is his intention? He does not intend only to satisfy his lust; he also intends to increase the number of his community, as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Marry those who are fertile and loving, for I will boast of you before the nations on the Day of Resurrection
He intends that when he dies, his son will succeed him after him with righteous deeds, and the reward of this righteous deed will reach him while he is dead in his grave, as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When a man dies, his deeds come to an end, except for three: A continuous charity, knowledge by which people derive benefit, pious son who prays for him.
Riyad as-Salihin 949
So, when a Muslim marries, he does not marry only to satisfy his lust, and this is a good thing because he satisfies it through the lawful path, which is better than satisfying it through the unlawful path, and this is not blameworthy. But this is not what the Muslim seeks; he wants, along with satisfying his lust, to protect the honor of his companion, that is, his wife, and to establish from this long-term companionship a righteous offspring. The he-goat, when it mounts its female, has no goal because it is an animal, and this mounting is just like that. Therefore, our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) compared the one who facilitates (al-muhallil) to the borrowed he-goat. Glory be to Allah, the matter of some Muslims has reached the point where they place a borrowed he-goat in place of the statement of the Lord of the Worlds:
another husband زوجا غيره
a borrowed he-goat. This is a very terrible thing. Allah the Exalted said:
she is not lawful to him afterward until [after] she marries a husband other than him
[Al-Baqarah 2:230]
So they established the husband and placed in his place what? The he-goat. Do you think that the statement of Allah the Exalted, directed at the Jews, does not apply to people like these?
Would you exchange what is better for what is less?
[Al-Baqarah 2:61]
The good is the lawful husband. What is the characteristic of the lawful husband? The issue is not formalistic, as they say, "By Allah, this borrowed he-goat, the wife agreed, and her guardian and the witnesses testified." They call it a "combination" in our region in Syria: a "combination" in a "combination." But if we look at this borrowed he-goat, does the statement of Allah the Exalted apply to it?
that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy
[Ar-Rum 30:21]
Nothing of that, nothing of that except the facilitation. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was truthful in what he revealed about the one he named the borrowed he-goat. This is among the ruses, like making permissible riba (usury or interest) through what is called installment sales, and making permissible fornication and zina (unlawful sexual intercourse) through the borrowed he-goat. Therefore, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
May Allah curse the one who facilitates the marriage (muhallil).
and it is the borrowed he-goat
And the one for whom the marriage is facilitated.
and it is the husband who does not feel jealousy. How can he be satisfied when, between one evening and the next morning, the borrowed he-goat mounts her? Then formally, and I know the reality, or not? He said, "Hold the waiting period," hold the waiting period, and after it, the man divorces her, and then what? He marries her. This is all playing with the rulings of Allah Mighty and Majestic.
