The Ruling on Marriage Under a Pseudonym

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This is a question from the listener (M. A. H.) from Shubra, Cairo, Egypt. He says: I got married a few months ago, but due to harsh circumstances, I concealed my real name at the time of the marriage contract and contracted under a pseudonym. The reason for this was my taking the matter of marriage and its affairs lightly, due to the weakness of my faith at that time. But now—praise be to Allah—I have realized that I was in error, and I have repented for everything I did, and I have resolved to make a sincere repentance, if Allah wills. I am confused about the status of this marriage in that form.
So I ask to be guided to the path of righteousness.

Answer:
This question contains a problem, and I see that its answer should be postponed to another session, so that I may consider it well, and so that we do not speak about Allah without knowledge.
The point is: this question contains some issues, and we see that it should be postponed to the next session, if Allah wills.

The presenter: If Allah wills, may Allah bless you.
