The Shaykh : A Social Necessity, and he wrote under a pseudonym. This is actually a point taken against a leader in the group; why does he hide? Let us leave this as a marginal matter. He says there that he addresses the Tahrir Party and addresses the Salafis. He says: What do the Salafis have? They have that moving the finger in the tashahhud is a recommended practice, and hanging the clock in the mosque is a religious innovation. This is what exists with the Salafis!! And among the wonders, our brothers present here and our brother the questioner in particular, is that this one who wrote this treatise knows many of those present who used to sit as you are sitting now, listening, and even writing down everything he heard to benefit from the knowledge. He is a humble and noble man, but I believe that the call, or the methodology of the call that has been imposed on them now, directed him elsewhere. It directed him so that he does not obey the command of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), or does not stop where Allah (Mighty and Majestic) stopped him, in such as His saying: , . So he knows this truth that used to drive him to attend the gatherings of Al-Albani with all humility, and write down the answers to the questions posed to him. Then Allah (Mighty and Majestic) refuses but to reveal the truth through the pen of this writer. After a little while, he says: And who engages with the books of the Salafis and publishes them, except the believing youth? Without them, the market for Islamic call books would have stagnated and not been sold. He was left only to name Shaykh Al-Albani!
This, Professor, indicates that the group—truly, we now believe this, and I hope the situation improves, may our Lord improve the situation—they are proceeding from a partisan standpoint, not an Islamic one. Because Islam says the truth always and forever: this is correct and this is wrong. But we deny the efforts of a group or a person from this specific group who has only certain matters, and we have always heard them say trivial things. These are matters that divide the ranks and shatter the word, and so on. And these things have become written and published among the members of the Muslim Brotherhood, and there are no neutral people. Nevertheless, we continue in our call, and there is no difference between us and Muslims in general except that we believe that what we call to is the truth, just as you speak.
