Did it reach him (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said to a man who had married a wicked woman, “Divorce her”?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Did it reach him (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) that he said to a man who had married a wicked woman, “Divorce her”?
A hadith like this does not exist. However, the questioner is referring to a hadith that he misunderstood and then recorded incorrectly. The hadith he is referring to is what al-Nasa'i and others narrated: that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, “O Messenger of Allah, my wife does not turn back the hand of a toucher”. He (peace be upon him) said,
Divorce her طلقها
He said, “Indeed, I love her”. He said,
So keep her فأمسكها
So the questioner, or someone else who preceded him in this expression, understood from the husband’s statement, “My wife does not turn back the hand of a toucher,” that she is a wicked woman, or he expressed it with this phrase. The truth is that the man’s statement about his wife, “She does not turn back the hand of a toucher,” does not mean that the husband considers his wife a wicked woman who gives herself to every man who desires her. This meaning is the most absurd thing that could occur to a Muslim’s mind when hearing this hadith. This is because if the husband had intended to accuse the woman of this, he would have had to bring four witnesses, otherwise he would be subject to the punishment for the false accuser. We do not find the Messenger (may Allah’s prayer and peace be upon him) concerned with such a thing; rather, he said to him,
Divorce her طلقها
Yes...

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : Mutual oath-swearing (li'an). Yes, this is the ruling for a husband who accuses his wife. I made a mistake. The Messenger (may Allah’s prayer and peace be upon him) would charge him and demand that he perform the mutual oath-swearing. So why did we find that the Messenger (may Allah’s prayer and peace be upon him) did not resort to such a demand? We know for certain that the husband did not mean to accuse the woman, but rather that she is a naive woman, a simple, good-hearted woman who thinks well of all men and has a good opinion of them. Some of them may tease her with their hands, and this is known among rural women, especially some of them. The husband may learn of this through reports to him, or he may see with his own eyes something of this, so he naturally becomes jealous of his wife and it does not sit well with him. It appears that this man was affected by such a thing. When he complained of his situation to the Messenger (may Allah’s prayer and peace be upon him), he said to him,
Divorce her طلقها
Because the truth is that a jealous man is not pleased for his wife, no matter how pure her heart is and how far she is from zina and the causes of zina, to be in a position where men play with her with their tricks and schemes. Therefore, he (may Allah’s prayer and peace be upon him) said to him,
Divorce her طلقها
and cut off the root of suspicion by divorcing her. When the man said to him, “I love her,” he (peace be upon him) said to him,
Then keep her, if فأمسكها إذا
So the Messenger (may Allah’s prayer and peace be upon him) ordered the husband to keep her. This is another proof that she is not a wicked woman, not a prostitute, and not an adulteress, but rather, as we said, men may tease her on some occasions, and she does not notice their teasing and their schemes! Yes.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : No... First of all, this does not even occur to the mind, and we have not seen any scholar come with such an interpretation.
