The Shaykh : I am telling you: if the trace of the intoxicating substance in this medicine that is given to the patient does not affect the mind of its user, and does not intoxicate him, in accordance with his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Whatever a lot of it intoxicates, a little of it is unlawful. ما أسكَرَ كثيره فقليله حرام

then there is no harm in that; because intoxication is not the same as drunkenness.
