The Summary of the Statement on Reconciling the Verse and the Hadith of 'A'ishah

The Shaykh : At that point, we referred the matter to the preceding text of the Qur'an: [An-Nisa 4:59] So we turned to Allah and found the verse: [An-Nisa 4:43], and we turned to the Messenger of Allah, who was tasked with explaining the Qur'an, and we found him kissing his wife without performing wudu, touching his wife on her foot or her leg in many other hadiths, and then continuing to pray without his wudu being invalidated. So we understood at that time that the touching that occurred from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), for which he did not perform wudu, is not the same as the touching that his Lord (Mighty and Majestic) mentioned in His Book: [An-Nisa 4:43]. Thus, the touching in the Qur'an is intercourse, and the touching mentioned in some hadiths—and kissing is even more likely to be included in that—has been established in authentic hadiths that no wudu is required for it.
And peace be upon you.
And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger
فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّه وَالرَّسُولِor you have contacted women
أَوْ لَامَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَor you have contacted women
أَوْ لَامَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَAnd peace be upon you.
