What is the ruling on the hierarchical structure in da'wah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What is the ruling on the hierarchical structure in a da'wah group?

The Shaykh : How?

The questioner : The ruling on the hierarchical structure in a da'wah group

The Shaykh : What is this hierarchical structure? This is modern terminology.

The questioner : I mean, like a mosque manager, and then a manager for this mosque, a manager in a specific area where there is more than one mosque manager, so a manager for these mosque managers is appointed, and then a manager for the areas.

The Shaykh : This is an organization that does not contradict the Shari'ah. Every work requires organization. If we wanted to establish a company or a factory, organization is necessary. Muslims do not differ on this organization, as long as it does not contradict a text in the Shari'ah. Here, it is said that means differ according to time, but we must not, and it is not permissible for us, to be preoccupied with the means to the extent of neglecting the objectives. This is the ailment of Islamic preachers today, except for those whom Allah wills, and they are few.
