He spoke about shaving the beard.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And the other point is: We observe that most of the pilgrims are afflicted with shaving their beards. Perhaps you know that your Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had a noble and magnificent beard. If we initially set aside the matter of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and do not drink, my brother, with your left hand... it was not an accident, nor was it a natural disaster, but rather it was from the decree of the Almighty, the All-Knowing. So, as Muslims, we must think that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) is Wise and All-Knowing, placing everything in its proper place with very precise knowledge.
When He made men bearded and women smooth and bare, that was not in vain in the creation of He who is Blessed and Exalted. But the vanity is from us men who are afflicted with shaving beards. If one of us lives for many years in his country, whether he resides in Syria, Egypt, or Jordan, and is afflicted with shaving beards in a persistent sin, then he should at least seize the opportunity, if he performs Hajj to the House of Allah, to make his Hajj as He (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever performs Hajj and does not commit lewdness or transgression will emerge from his sins as on the day his mother gave birth to him. من حج فلم يرفث ولم يفسق خرج من ذنوبه كيوم ولدته أمه
So it is not important for the Muslim to perform Hajj, and then when he returns to his country, he acquires the title of pilgrim, and people call him "O Pilgrim So-and-So." That is not what is important. What is important is that he returns from his sins as on the day his mother gave birth to him.
