What is the ruling on slaughtering the hady through banks?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Regarding, O Shaykh, slaughtering the udhiyah and the hady through these banks, where you pay an amount and it is slaughtered abroad or here, is it acceptable, approximately, or?

The Shaykh : Yes, it is acceptable but deficient; because he does not eat from it, nor does he give it in charity, nor does he store it.
We have also returned to this place and turned to Allah with supplication. If any of our brothers has a question regarding the place where we are, or regarding the remaining rites of Hajj, he may ask about it. As for making our gathering or sitting a session of knowledge, that is for a time outside the season of Hajj. There is no god but Allah alone, having no partner. We must know now the direction of the qiblah, not for the sake of prayer, but for the sake of turning to Allah with supplication. Do you know the direction of the qiblah? There is no god but Allah alone, having no partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise. He gives life and He causes death, and He is over all things competent.

The Shaykh : Today and tomorrow, we focus on the stoning of the pillars and the departure to Mina, and whatever of that is facilitated.

The questioner : May Allah bless you. May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : And beware of that.
