If the imam forgets in his prayer and the followers recite the tasbih but he does not understand, is it permissible for them to speak in a way that makes it clear?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The imam spoke... for the benefit of the prayer.

The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner : That is, the imam or the followers behind the imam recited the tasbih, but he did not respond to them, or he did not understand them, so they spoke words, or he spoke words to make them understand. What is the ruling on their prayer?

The Shaykh : Of course, speaking is not permissible in any case. As for the tasbih, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
If something happens to a person in the prayer, let him recite the tasbih, and the woman claps. من نابه شيء في الصّلاة فليسبّح و المرأة تصفّق
As for speaking, "You made a mistake, O imam, you prayed three rak'ahs, you prayed two rak'ahs," this is not permissible. But if it happens intentionally, the prayer is invalid, and if it happens by mistake, the prayer is valid.
