What is the ruling on one who prayed while holding in his excrement?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner : Shaykh, if a person prays while struggling with one of the two excretions, does his prayer mean it is dropped... or is it never accepted?

The Shaykh : He prayed while holding in, you mean? No, his prayer is valid, but it is deficient. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
No Salat (prayer) should be performed when the food has been served, nor should it be performed when a person is in need of relieving himself. لا صلاةَ بحضرة طعام ، ولا وهو يدافعه الأخبثان
Riyad as-Salihin 1753
. The intent of the hadith is that the Muslim should devote his heart entirely to the worship of his Lord and not be preoccupied with himself. But if he prays like this while maintaining all the pillars of the prayer, ritual purity, and the like, his prayer is valid. But what do you think will be recorded for him? As he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
A man may pray a prayer, and nothing is recorded for him of it except: a tenth, a ninth, an eighth, a seventh, a sixth, a fifth... إنَّ الرجل لَيُصلي الصلاة وما يُكتب له منها إلا : عشرها ، تسعها ، ثمنها ، سبعها ، سدسها ، خمسها ...
