If a Muslim performs ghusl for janabah before or after the Fajr of Jumu'ah, is this sufficient for the Jumu'ah ghusl?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : This questioner says: If a Muslim performs ghusl for janabah before or after the Fajr of Jumu'ah, is this sufficient for the Jumu'ah ghusl, O Shaykh?

The Shaykh : As for what is done before Fajr, it is not sufficient because the day has not yet begun. As for what is done after Fajr, it is sufficient, but it is better to repeat it after the sun rises to be certain that it occurred on the day of Jumu'ah.
Also, the scholars (may Allah have mercy on them) said that it is better to perform the ghusl when setting out for the prayer. For example, if we estimate that he goes to the prayer two hours before the sun reaches its zenith, he should perform ghusl at that time. The reason for this is that if he purifies himself when setting out, it is more thorough and safer than if he becomes dirty afterwards. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with the best reward for us and for the Muslims.
