What is the ruling on the ghusl for Friday? And does the ghusl for janabah on Friday suffice for the ghusl of Friday?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
So I am going to tell you something now, and by that I mean to alert some people to an obligatory duty. In my long life, which Allah the Exalted has blessed me with, most people do not perform this duty. It is the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Taking a bath (before coming to Friday prayers) is obligatory on every adult. غسل الجمعة واجب على كل محتلم
Riyad as-Salihin 1152
If a man relieves his desire from his wife on the night of Friday, he must take a ghusl after the dawn breaks for Friday. But if he does not take a ghusl, his prayer is valid, but he has left off this obligatory duty, because this duty is not an obligation attached to the prayer, but rather it is attached to the day of Friday. And this makes a person feel the importance of this ruling on some days of some months, especially in this time when people are afflicted with wearing nylon socks. One of them comes to the mosque on Friday, and he may be a worker who is busy, so you hear, especially when you prostrate and he is prostrating in front of you, a very foul smell. I judge immediately that this person did not take a ghusl, and Allah knows best. Perhaps he performed wudu for the Fajr prayer and came to pray Friday with that wudu, and he is from his work and walking, and it is summer and dust is on him, and so on, and this foul smell comes out. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) directed the Muslim community, as a life that continues on all days of the year, that the Muslim should take a ghusl for the day of Friday. Thus said the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in clear Arabic:
Taking a bath (before coming to Friday prayers) is obligatory on every adult. غسل الجمعة واجب على كل محتلم
Riyad as-Salihin 1152
The meaning of "mukhtalim" is an adult who is accountable. Today, many people do not take this ghusl. They take a ghusl for the sake of cleanliness, and there is no harm in that, but it must be a specific ghusl for the day of Friday. It was reported in al-Hakim's al-Mustadrak that Abu Qatadah al-Ansari entered upon his son in his house while he was taking a ghusl, and he said: "What is this ghusl?" He said: "This is the ghusl for janabah." He said: "Add to it the ghusl for Friday." Then he mentioned this hadith. The point is that if one does not take a ghusl, he commits a sin, but the Friday prayer is valid, because this is not a condition for the validity of the Friday prayer. I have clarified this meaning to you, I think.

The questioner : The person today, in the present time, in those days they used to take a ghusl on Friday. Today, every morning he takes a ghusl.

The Shaykh : This is apparent. You are talking about your own situation.

The questioner : Today there is a lot of water. Today there is a lot of water.

The Shaykh : He is measuring people by himself.

The questioner:...........

The Shaykh : You, it appears, Abu Khudr, your school of jurisprudence is the school of the one who says: A man came to his wife and went out to take a walk on the seashore, his foot slipped, he fell into the sea and came out. So what is this? He is pure. This is your apparent school of jurisprudence.

The questioner:...

The Shaykh : No, we are not in a position to make him impure or pure. We are in a position of whether this person took a ghusl for janabah or not? According to your school of jurisprudence, he took a ghusl, but according to the school of the one who says
The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. إنما الأعمال بالنيات وإنما لكل امرئ ما نوى
Sahih al-Bukhari 1
he did not take a ghusl. And so when you say and you assume a hypothesis, it is a relative hypothesis, as I told you. You, for example, take a ghusl twice or three times a week, Allah knows best, but not everyone is able to do this. Suppose a person, as you say, takes a ghusl twice or three times a week, but he did not take a ghusl for the purpose of complying with the command of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). And do not forget, do you drink with your left hand? Be careful.

The questioner : ... Every word that comes has a question in it ...

The Shaykh : Allow us a little, let the forehead move a little.

The questioner : ... That Abu Qatadah came upon his son while he was taking a ghusl and asked him about the ghusl, and he said: "This is the ghusl for janabah." He said to him: "Add to it another ghusl." So is there a difference between the ghusl for janabah and the ghusl for Friday?

The Shaykh : Another ghusl is the ghusl for Friday. That means he took a ghusl for janabah, and he is allowed to pray because he is pure, but he is commanded to pour water a second time for the ghusl for Friday. Do you understand how? Please, go ahead.

The questioner : The ghusl for janabah is obligatory, and the ghusl for Friday is a recommended practice.

The Shaykh : It is not up to me to say so, especially after the saying of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)
The Friday full ritual bath is obligatory غسل الجمعة واجب
, what is a recommended practice.
