What is the ruling on the tadlis of 'Umar ibn 'Ali al-Maqdami, specifically tadlis al-sukut?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The tadlis of 'Ali ibn 'Umar al-Maqdami, which is a form of concealment...

The Shaykh : By Allah, I would reject his hadith and not rely on it.

The questioner : When he uses the term "an'an" and when he says "narrated to us."

The Shaykh : Likewise.

The questioner : It is rejected or used only as corroboration.

The Shaykh : It is not cited as evidence.

The questioner : May Allah will it, my Shaykh, regarding the issue of a statement conflicting with an action: I know your ijtihad in this matter and what you have reached, because when a statement conflicts with an action, the action is specific to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), but I came across some hadiths that confused me, so I wanted to mention them to you.

The Shaykh : Please.

The questioner : It appears to me, if Allah wills, that the truth in this matter is clear.

The Shaykh: May Allah will it.

The questioner : The story of Umm Salama, when she saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) praying after the 'Asr prayer, she ordered a slave girl of hers to ask him and say to him: "You forbid us from praying after 'Asr, yet you are praying." If someone were to say that what Umm Salama understood from the conflict between the statement and the action was that the prohibition is specific to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and general for the Ummah, similarly, the hadith of Anas, when he said to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him): "You forbid us from continuous fasting, yet you fast continuously," he said:
I am not like you; I am fed and I am given drink. إني لست كهيأتكم إني أطعم وإني أسقى
So what did Anas understand from that? If the statement contradicts the action, what is the criterion for this issue?
