The ruling on a long hadith containing exaggerations?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner: It was narrated by Ibn al-Sunni.

The Shaykh : Yes?

The questioner: It was narrated by Ibn al-Sunni ... and the two verses
Allah has testified that there is no god but He شهد الله أنه لا إله إلا هو
and the verse following them, then His saying - the Exalted - :
Say, "O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will قل اللهم مالك الملك تؤتى الملك من تشاء
[Ali 'Imran 3:26]
to the end of the verse. It is said: that they are suspended from the Throne, and between them and Allah is a veil. We said: O Lord, will You not send us down to Your earth and to those who disobey You? Allah - the Exalted - said: I have sworn that no one among My servants will recite them after every prayer without Me making Paradise his abode, regardless of what he has done, or else I will settle him in the Holy City, or else I will look at Him with My hidden eyes seventy times every day, or else I will fulfill for him seventy needs every day, the least of which is forgiveness, or else I will protect him from every enemy and grant him victory over them ; Ibn al-Sunni narrated this hadith; so what is the degree of authenticity of this hadith?

The Shaykh: First, its chain of narration is not authentic, then there are apparent exaggerations in its text, and finally: who attributed it to Ibn al-Sunni? I know - may Allah forgive you - that every author is an author; what is the name of the author?

The questioner: Muhammad ibn 'Alawi al-Maliki ... .

The Shaykh: Clearly written from its title! Throw it away.
Yes.
