The Call in Bahrain.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah. As for what follows, this is one of the tapes from the *Al-Huda wa al-Nur* series of scholarly lessons and legal rulings by our Shaykh, Muhammad Nasir al-Din al-Albani (may Allah preserve him). We ask Allah to benefit everyone with it. And now, with tape number one hundred and sixty-one.

The questioner : Praise be to Allah. The call there is in good health, and there is a great inclination, by the grace of Allah, toward this blessed call, if Allah wills. And if there is any merit after Allah, you have a greater share in it. The young people are interested, what Allah willed, in your books and tapes. There are dozens of your tapes at the Call Center, praise be to Allah. And praise be to Allah, the call there is established; it is perhaps stronger, or on par with the call of the Muslim Brotherhood. Although the Brotherhood has an official association, the brothers there are striving, praise be to Allah, to establish something official, and they have begun moving in this direction. Praise be to Allah, they have built mosques and placed their hands on them, praise be to Allah.

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah.

The questioner : And in one of the mosques, we established, last time, a course in the six sciences of the Shari'ah, praise be to Allah, for students of knowledge.

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah. May Allah increase them and bless them. Without a doubt, your efforts, if Allah wills, were strengthening in Riyadh.

The questioner : Riyadh was the first mosque built in Bahrain, praise be to Allah, on the radio, and it became, praise be to Allah, for example, our brother 'Abd al-Majid al-Zindani came, and Muhammad Jamil Ghazi came, and more than that.

The Shaykh : How old is Jamil Ghazi?

The Shaykh : He is more than forty years old.

The Shaykh : So, as for now, the reform they introduced is recent.

The questioner : Since the day this man turned to the call, praise be to Allah, and he is utilizing this.

The Shaykh : Every year, was this man the head over you?

The questioner : No, he is not the elder, in the recent period.

The Shaykh : How old is he?

The questioner : He is forty-one years old. We performed Hajj with him and his brothers. He is a man who is careful about the Sunnah, and he has a gathering in his home, praise be to Allah, and he has a circle... it was for a period.

The Shaykh : Does he have a beard?

The questioner : He has a beard, yes, praise be to Allah. He has a beard and holds fast, what Allah willed.

The Shaykh : I once met one of the family members in Qatar...

The questioner : The family of Ibn Mahmud. This is like a good brother and has a beard.

The Shaykh : No, that one is shaved.

The questioner : He is not bearded, but there is a tendency in the family, the Al-Khalifa family. There is more than one of our brothers...

The Shaykh : What Allah willed.

The questioner : The matter of the call is progressing among them. And then, may Allah reward them with good, this man is very interested; they were affected by him. So he and all the brothers were eager, wishing that our Shaykh would come there, even for a few days. And if Allah wills, there will be good for the call.

The Shaykh : By Allah, it is good without a doubt, but as they say in our Syria: "What remains of the dog is only the firewood."

The questioner : No, everything remains, and... and the like. May Allah bless your life, they did not do it.

The Shaykh : This is true. We ask Allah (Mighty and Majestic) that our life may end on this basis, especially since my strength is not as it was before.

The questioner : The people of Hadith live long lives by the blessing of the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) supplication:
May Allah afflict a man who hears my saying نضر الله امرئ سمع مقالتي
We ask Allah to grant you that.

The Shaykh: Amen.

The questioner : By Allah, my Shaykh, if you respond to this call, if Allah wills, it will be a day of Allah, if Allah wills, there.

The questioner : This is a good expression, my Shaykh.

The questioner : The entire Gulf will come, making the journey. If Allah wills, it will be a blessed support for the call. We need, my Shaykh...

The Shaykh : We ask Allah...

The questioner : If Allah wills, my Shaykh, of course, as long as there is support for the call,
Abu Layla: My Shaykh, we are saying that the field of the call is very good there, as the brother said. And then, praise be to Allah, when you are present, what Allah willed,

The questioner : My Shaykh, just a few days, just a few days to strengthen our backs there. By Allah, your eye will be pleased, if Allah wills, with what you see, if Allah wills. My Shaykh, if Allah wills, I see you are silent; silence is a sign of approval.

The Shaykh : You be careful, take from him, give it to him.

The questioner : If Allah wills, my Shaykh, this is our hope that you will respond to our call, the call of the brothers there. In Bahrain, the effort of the enemies of Islam against it is severe, and the major missionaries come there. By Allah, your coming there, if Allah wills, is support for Islam and the Muslims.

The Shaykh : As we hear, my brother...

The questioner : By Allah, it is not more than Jordan, meaning the one year I lived there.

The Shaykh : Do the Sunnis come to the Sultan like that?

The questioner : What is it, my Shaykh, after the bridge was opened, the good and the bad come. It became that students of knowledge come, and it became that...

The Shaykh : They do not come.

The questioner : Yes, so they utilized the bridge as well to organize 'Umrah and visits. Between Dammam and Bahrain, there is a long bridge, twenty-five kilometers long, over the sea, ... in the car,
Abu Layla: We are going by plane.

The Shaykh : Is this bridge fixed or movable?

The questioner : Fixed, its foundations are in the water.

The Shaykh : Meaning it does not open?

The questioner : It is possible to move it, like the one on the Nile. A fixed, long bridge.

The Shaykh : So it must be elevated.

The questioner : Many areas. There are areas like this that are cut, you enter from under the ships. The bridge is, in fact, a huge achievement. And then its view is wonderfully beautiful. It is the longest bridge in the world.
Abu Layla: If Allah wills, you will take us on it. We ask Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) to expand the chest of our Shaykh.

The Shaykh : You do not supplicate with this supplication, because this is of the category of: "Our Lord, do not hold us accountable if we forget or err." This is a foregone conclusion. But if you supplicate, supplicate to your Lord to strengthen us in that.

The questioner : O Allah, amen. I will supplicate for you, if Allah wills, in your absence.

The Shaykh : As for my chest, it has been expanded for this since, as they say: I know my right from my left.

The questioner : If Allah wills, without a doubt, we know that you prioritize the interest of the call.

The Shaykh : This is above everything. May Allah bless you.

The questioner : By Allah, if Allah wills, without a doubt, your coming to Bahrain will be a strengthening of the call and its people, and a refutation of the people of falsehood.

The Shaykh : We hope that Allah will strengthen us in that.

The questioner: Amen.

The questioner : Praise be to Allah, there we worked with the Call and Guidance Center affiliated with the Presidency of Research. And praise be to Allah, most of our time is occupied with the call.

The Shaykh : Are there many Shaykhs?

The questioner : We have one.The Shaykh : Wasfi, perhaps you know this, before him for seven or eight years.

The Shaykh : But from outside Jordan, there are none.

The Shaykh : No, there are none. There are two Sudanese and one Somali.

The Shaykh : I am saying: from outside Jordan, are there any or not?

The questioner : Yes, exactly.

The Shaykh : There are callers.

The Shaykh : There are from Sudan, and there was one from Egypt, and there are from Somalia. Most of them are graduates of the Islamic University. And there are two Pakistanis.

The Shaykh : And of course, they are all Salafis, if Allah wills?

The questioner : By Allah, the Arabs are four with us. As for the Pakistanis...

The Shaykh : You say they did not graduate from the university, they were not affected?

The questioner : By Allah, they were affected, it is not that, but in 'aqidah, they are almost unable to...

The Shaykh : Meaning in 'aqidah they are good, but in the branches they are madhhab-bound.

The questioner : Most of them, yes. As for the branches, they are Hanafis. Praise be to Allah, we have in the Umm... in the Muharraq area, a circle after 'Isha' of the Tahaawiyyah.

The Shaykh : Every day?

The questioner : Every Saturday, about sixty expatriates gather for it, praise be to Allah, by the grace of Allah. There is also a lesson with this brother... in al-Diwaniyyah, and we promised them that we would start with them in al-Wasatiyyah and others. And in al-Salam Mosque, I also started with them with the young people, *Lum'at al-I'tiqad*, an explanation of *Lum'at al-I'tiqad*, in the gathering of this brother, the owner of the book in the story of Samir. In addition to the mobile preaching lessons in the mosques, and praise be to Allah, there are two lessons for women: a lesson on the 'aqidah of the people of the Sunnah and the community, a small treatise by Ibn Uthaymeen, and also issues and matters concerning women in the home of one of the brothers, behind a hijab. In addition, we have activity in the schools, meaning lectures.

The Shaykh : State schools, meaning.

The questioner : The state schools, and I used to judge their competitions there as well. Praise be to Allah, most of the time we are occupied with da'wah, praise be to Allah by the grace of Allah, and we feel, praise be to Allah, the effects of it.

The Shaykh : There is no doubt.
And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways والذين جاهدوا فينا لنهدينهم سبيلنا
[Al-'Ankabut 29:69]

The questioner : As for worldly matters, praise be to Allah, we did not seek worldly gain there. Our residence was for the sake of Allah, meaning it was a bit expensive.

The questioner : You start your day there.

The questioner : I mean, it might be... but usually those who...

The Shaykh : And so I remind him of his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Whoever among you wakes up in good health, with enough food for the day, and safe in his home, it is as if the whole world has been presented to him in its entirety. من أصبح منكم معافي في بدنه وعنده قوت يومه آمنًا في سربه فكأنما سيقت إليه الدنيا بحذافيرها
So you are in a good state as long as you do not need anyone, and true wealth is the wealth of the heart, as is clear. Yes, indeed.

The questioner : And this is what makes a person remain there and sit despite the difficulty of the weather, for example, for most days of the year. But in the days, praise be to Allah, the weather is pleasant for about three or four months.

The Shaykh : May Allah will that the humidity does not affect you, for example.

The questioner : By Allah, the humidity, I mean, I am very troubled by it there.

The Shaykh : The trouble is one thing, and its effect on your health and body is another.

The questioner : Sometimes the humidity affects the knees. Praise be to Allah, I have not felt this up to now.

The Shaykh : And may Allah will that you do not feel it from now on.

The questioner : O Shaykh, have you tried vinegar and honey?

The Shaykh : Yes, it is almost continuous, unless I forget. Umm al-Fadl, and consequently I forget with her.

The questioner : Anything, O our Shaykh? Let's say apple?

The Shaykh : Yes, apple.

The questioner : And is the honey taken natural or not? Manufactured honey.

The Shaykh : Types...

The questioner : Our Shaykh, I tried its preparation in Bahrain. I benefited from it more than a brother who was suffering from this. I used bitter melon, black seed, and vinegar, and this is also a liquid acidity, a type of acidity. Praise be to Allah, many of the brothers were suffering from pains with the oil, meaning cooking.

The Shaykh : How did you do it? Did you boil it?

The Shaykh : No, I cooked it, I fried it in oil.

The Shaykh : All together?

The questioner : Yes, if you wish, we can make a preparation for you, and may Allah will that you try it. May Allah will that it be honey.

The Shaykh : I have no problem with experiments.

The questioner : Experiments. You might also do this experiment. The important thing is, Doctor... in any case, try it once, and may Allah will that you return to it.

The Shaykh : Our Shaykh, I asked our brother, Doctor Ali al-Musayyib, about this manufactured apple in the bottles that is sold, and he did not recommend it. He said: I recommend apple vinegar because it is made by the herbalist from natural apples. The herbalist has a special method by which he makes natural apple vinegar. As for apple vinegar that contains preservatives and chemicals, it has a negative effect sometimes. It contains ice sometimes, so if it is...

The questioner : Okay, our Shaykh, try apple vinegar with ice as well. I tried it on my family; she was suffering from severe back pain. I would rub apple vinegar on her, and it was, what Allah willed,
Abu Layla: Our Shaykh, and as proof of his words, the day before yesterday when my foot slipped, I got up in the morning with a knot in my leg. Yes, indeed. Subhan Allah, it hurt me a lot. One person said to me: Put apple vinegar on it. I put it on once. Subhan Allah, it was as if nothing was wrong with me, praise be to Allah.

The Shaykh : By Allah, this mixture is a bit strange in its cooking...

The questioner : One person applied oil on his back. His wife said to him: What is the cooking on your back? Or he could not sit and talk to you about Sultan Abu Ans. One named Sultan, O our Shaykh.

The questioner : On the phone here, I got involved with the jinn in some matters. So praise be to Allah, we are still victorious over them by the grace of Allah. There is one woman I read over, and I found seven jinn and five Muslims in her. One named Sulayman.

The Shaykh : Are they all gathered on her?

The questioner : All of them. I said to them: How do you mix in this ugly mixing?

The Shaykh : And what... is in her?

The questioner : They claim, they said: They want a pure place to pray in. I said: You lied, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
the earth has been made for me a place of worship and a means of purification. جعلت لي الأرض مسجدًا وطهورًا
Sunan Ibn Majah 567Sahih (Darussalam)
He said: It is authentic. I said: You do not know. And praise be to Allah, they all left. I read over one man as well, and I would like to speak, O our Shaykh, later. Our Shaykh, do they come to us or not?

The Shaykh : As long as you are with the Book and the Sunnah, we are with you. If you deviate, may Allah forbid it.

The questioner : They are afraid, O our Shaykh. They are afraid of the people of the Sunnah, of the people of tawhid (the oneness of Allah). They are afraid. O our Shaykh, one woman we read over, the jinn in her would carry her like this, hanging, like a balloon and lifting her. And she herself, sometimes, would lift her like this, standing on her head.

The Shaykh : And you see with your own eyes?

The questioner : I see with my eyes, and with full force he brings her down to the ground.
Our Shaykh, if there is ihsan (excellence in worship) fromThe Shaykh : Muhammad Sulayman al-Ashqar denies the entry of jinn into humans. His brother.

The Shaykh : His brother was here a few days ago.

The questioner : Yes, he informed us. He says: There was an exchange between him andThe Shaykh : Abd al-Rahman Abd al-Samad (may Allah have mercy on him), one of the shaykhs there. Meaning, he did not want to back down.

The Shaykh : No, he is very difficult in discussion, because he came to visit me here, and a discussion took place between me and him regarding fasting on Saturday. And Abu Malik was present. Meaning, if he is difficult, then discussing with him religious matters that have explicit texts is the most difficult discussion with him in such a case.

The questioner : A discussion took place, O Shaykh, at the Society for the Revival of Heritage, and it was between these three, and the first party wasThe Shaykh : Muhammad al-Ashqar, and the other party wasThe Shaykh : Abd al-Rahman Abd al-Samad (may Allah have mercy on him) andThe Shaykh : Umar al-Ashqar. And it was a discussionThe Shaykh : of Umar al-Ashqar. And the director of the seminar wasThe Shaykh : Abd al-Rahman Abd al-Khaliq, and he was also a Saudi doctor, a medical doctor, and he was also on the side ofThe Shaykh : Umar al-Ashqar andThe Shaykh : Abu Yusuf. It was a very valuable discussion. The second party was clear and strong, and they had hadiths and clear, authentic facts, soThe Shaykh : Muhammad al-Ashqar did not accept it. So Abu Yusuf (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I ask Allah to put a jinn in you, and I will hit you six hundred times and take it out. It will come to him, or I will electrocute you with electricity. MeaningThe Shaykh : Muhammad al-Ashqar said: If I were in the field of fatwa and such, he said: I would issue a fatwa to hit the one who hits the one possessed by a jinn.

The questioner : Our Shaykh, on the mention of our brother Abd al-Rahman Abd al-Samad (may Allah have mercy on him), I saw you in a vision... May Allah bless you. So I came and embraced you, and I was coming from a journey. I said to you: O Shaykh, did you not know that Abd al-Rahman Abd al-Samad has passed away? He said: When and how? So I mentioned it to you. He said: So you started to cry, and I cried for him. Then some shaykhs came, meaning brothers with black, thick beards. One of them said to me: Why are you crying? I said: I am crying because a man like this, who has Sunnah and tawhid (the oneness of Allah), has been lost, and there are few like this man. He said: Yes. And I saw you another time in another vision. One of our Salafi youths went to the Afghan jihad, and he was originally a Shi'ite, then he became Muslim, then became a Salafi Sunni. So he sat in a circle, and you, what Allah willed, saw this circle, and you were listening to the recitation of the brothers. And this one was reciting, and you were listening to him, impressed by his recitation. I said to him: I want to intervene or recite. He said to me: Wait. So I said to him: This man, meaning you have been blessed, and praise be to Allah, I have a direction
The questioner: Abu Ans, was I not present?

The questioner : I did not see you.

The Shaykh : And is the man still alive?
