Is it true that the Shaykh authenticates some hadiths but does not act upon them, such as the hadith of the prayer of tasbih?

The questioner : Which is that some of the young people spoke about the issue thatThe Shaykh : Al-Albani sometimes authenticates hadiths but does not act upon them, like the hadith of the prayer of tasbih. That Al-Albani authenticated the hadith but does not act upon it, or perhaps does not act upon it, and that is only because there is probably something wrong with it in itself. So what is your opinion on this issue?

The Shaykh : I attach this issue to that one. First: what makes them think that he does not act upon it?

The questioner : Their minds make them think that.

The Shaykh : No, if you said their desires, you would be right, not their minds, because a person of sound mind does not guess about the unseen. And in the hadith, the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said to his uncle al-Abbas: So what makes them think that I did not do it in my lifetime, when I have reached sixty-six or sixty-seven? This is from the capriciousness of the young people today, and from their guessing about the unseen. This is first. And second, is there any person on the face of the earth, if he were the most worshipful of people, do you know who the most worshipful of people is? After Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace and blessings be upon him) said in the authentic hadith: If it were Dawud (peace be upon him), he would not be able to perform every prescribed and recommended act of worship. Did you understand me? My brother, your voice does not reach me.

The Shaykh : I asked you, did you understand me?

The questioner : Shaykh, yes, may Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : And may Allah protect you, if Allah wills.
