What is the meaning of *jawa'mi al-kalim*?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Yes, exactly.

The questioner : All right, tell us about *jawa'mi al-kalim*?

The Shaykh : *Jawa'mi al-kalim* means the eloquence and rhetoric by which the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) was distinguished through the Qur'an and the authentic, established Sunnah of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). All of this is part of *jawa'mi al-kalim*. What is meant by *jawa'mi al-kalim*? It means few words conveying a great meaning, like the hadith we have discussed on many occasions:
It was narrated from 'Ubadah bin Samit that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled: “There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm.” لا ضرر ولا ضرار
Sunan Ibn Majah 2340Da'if (Darussalam)
I saw two words,
It was narrated from 'Ubadah bin Samit that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled: “There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm.” لا ضرر ولا ضرار
Sunan Ibn Majah 2340Da'if (Darussalam)
under which fall the prohibition of hashish, tobacco, opium, and so on. This is an example of *jawa'mi al-kalim*.
