The man who is permitted to enter upon women
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 4352 )
Q2: How many men are permitted to enter upon a veiled woman in her home from among her relatives? Some have permitted the husband's full brother to enter upon his wives.
A2: It is permissible for a man to enter upon a woman in her home and be alone with her if he is her husband or one of her mahram (relatives one may not marry); such as her father, her husband's father, her son, her brother's son, her sister's son, her paternal uncle, or her maternal uncle. The husband's brother is not among her mahram, whether he is a full brother, a brother on the father's side, or a brother on the mother's side. Therefore, it is not permissible for him to be alone with her, nor to see any part of her 'awrah (the part of the body that must be covered).
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
