Purification and Education

The Shaykh : I say that returning to this religion, which is the cure for what has befallen Muslims today, requires two things, which I refer to as purification and education. By purification, I mean that the scholars of Muslims who adopt this correct methodology of understanding Islam, as it was with our righteous predecessors, each of them must purify this Islam from what has entered it, from which it is innocent, as the wolf is innocent of the blood of the son of Ya'qub, as it is said in some proverbs. And they must call people to it, whether it relates to creed, or to the rulings in which there is much disagreement, or to morals and behavior. It is necessary to purify Islam in everything related to this Islam which Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has completed for us, as mentioned in the previous verse. And I confirm this with the authentic hadith, which is His saying (peace and blessings be upon him): So whoever wants to walk with this correct methodology
