Is it backbiting or talebearing if I complain about my husband to my family or in front of my family?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The questioner says, "If I complain about my husband..."

The Shaykh : What?

The questioner : If I complain about my husband to my family or in front of my family, is this backbiting or talebearing?

The Shaykh : This is not backbiting nor talebearing, for Allah the Exalted says:
Allah does not like the public mention of evil except by one who has been wronged لا يُحِبُّ اللَّهُ الجَهرَ بِالسّوءِ مِنَ القَولِ إِلّا مَن ظُلِمَ
[An-Nisa 4:148]
So whoever is wronged has the right to make his grievance known to whoever can relieve him of this injustice. Yes.
