The Shaykh : Naturally, what is built upon a defective foundation is defective. So this money that he earns is based on what you called cheating, and it is cheating. The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sunan Ibn Majah 2225Da'if (Darussalam) Therefore, it is not permissible to engage in this profession that is based on this cheating, and he has to replace this means with another lawful means, if Allah wills.
