Working as a bakery owner and assisting the workers during work, and the work increases during the Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers, so is it permissible for me to pray them individually in the bakery?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says that he works as a bakery owner and assists the workers during the performance of work, and the intensity of work in the bakery increases during the Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers. He asks: Is it permissible for me to pray them individually in the bakery, even though the mosques are close to the bakery, and I leave the mosque prayer with the congregation? I ask for your guidance, and I am grateful.

The Shaykh : It is obligatory for a person to pray the congregation in the mosques, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
I was thinking of commanding that the call to prayer be given, then I would tell a man to lead the people in prayer, then I would go out with some other men carrying bundles of wood, and go to people who do not attend the prayer, and burn their houses down around them.
Sunan Ibn Majah 791Sahih (Darussalam)
And he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever hears the call and does not respond, he has no prayer, except one who has an excuse. من سمع النداء فلم يجب فلا صلاة له إلا من عذر
Sahih Ibn Hibban 10:352
And Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever desires to meet Allah tomorrow as a Muslim, let him maintain these prayers where they are called for" And he reported that a sick man is brought, supported between two men, until he is placed in the row.
So it is obligatory for you to pray with the congregation in the mosques, and it is not permissible for you to be absent from the mosque except for a valid legal excuse. The valid legal excuses are known to the scholars of knowledge, who mentioned them (may Allah have mercy on them) at the end of the chapter on congregational prayer. If you have a valid legal excuse that permits you to be absent from the congregation, then you are excused. And if you do not have a valid legal excuse that permits you this, then it is obligatory for you to pray with the congregation.

The questioner : May Allah bless you. This is a message received from the listener Hamid ibn Ibrahim. He says in the first question.
