The Meaning of Allah’s Saying: “And those are the limits of Allah, and whoever transgresses the limits of Allah has certainly wronged himself”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Allah the Exalted said:
And those are the limits [set by] Allah. And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah has certainly wronged himself. وتلك حدود الله ومن يتعد حدود الله فقد ظلم نفسه
[At-Talaq 65:1]
The “those” referred to here are what preceded regarding the obligation of divorce during the waiting period, and what preceded regarding the prohibition of expelling her from the house and her leaving it. These are the limits of Allah, and whoever transgresses the limits of Allah has certainly wronged himself. In this is evidence for the prohibition of divorce other than during the waiting period, and the prohibition of expelling her from the house, and the prohibition of her leaving it. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
He who did any act for which there is no sanction from our behalf, that is to be rejected. من عمل عملاً ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رد
Sahih Muslim 1718b
So it is obligatory for you to take her back. And if a questioner came to us who had divorced his wife, saying that he expelled her from his house, we would say to him: The

The Shaykh : It is obligatory for him to return her to the house completely. And if a woman came to us mentioning that her husband divorced her and she had left his house, we would say to her: It is obligatory for you to return to your house. This is the limit of Allah about which Allah said:
And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah has certainly wronged himself ومن يتعد حدود الله فقد ظلم نفسه
