I heard that the nisab for paper currency is four thousand and five hundred. Is this correct?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : It is not permissible to pray in it, nor is the prayer valid, and this is the doing of the worst of creation.
If the mosque existed before the grave, then it is obligatory to dig up the grave and bury the deceased with the people. As for praying in this mosque, if the grave is dug up and removed, the matter is clear. If it is not dug up, there is no harm in praying in the mosque, provided that the grave is not in the qiblah direction, but rather to the right, left, or behind. So you should look into this mosque where there is a grave and you are praying in it: was the grave first or the mosque? If you are told that the grave was first and the mosque was built over it, do not pray in the mosque. If you are told that the mosque was first, but when the one who built it died, his descendants buried him in the mosque he had built, then as I said, if it is in the qiblah direction, do not pray; if it is not in the qiblah direction, pray. Yes.

The questioner : The honorable Shaykh is asked: I heard that the nisab for paper currency is four thousand and five hundred riyals. Is this correct?

The Shaykh : This is not correct. Paper currency is based on silver, and the nisab for silver is fifty-six riyals. So whatever amount of paper currency equals this quantity has reached the nisab, and whatever is less than that has no zakah due on it. If we estimate that the value of one silver riyal is ten paper riyals, what would the nisab be? Yes, the nisab would be 560 riyals. If we estimate that the value of one silver riyal is five paper riyals, then the nisab would be half of 560. The important thing is that it is subject to increase and decrease. As for four thousand or five thousand, that is not correct. So the nisab for paper currency is linked to what? To silver. Whatever equals fifty-six riyals of silver is the nisab, and whatever does not equal that is not the nisab.
