(Another example of wording, namely their saying that the attributes are accidents, and that an accident is a created thing, and that a created thing does not subsist in Allah, and an explanation of the supplication of the one who denies the attributes) And you made the one described a body that accepts *** accidents, creations, and colors

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And you made the one described a body that accepts *** accidents, creations, and colors
And you made His descriptions an accident, and *** this is all a bridge to denial"
.
They said: The attributes are accidents, and accidents are created things, because an accident is something that occurs and then disappears, and created things do not subsist in the Eternal, the Everlasting. So created things do not subsist except in a created thing. It has already been explained that this argument is false and invalid, but they say this. Therefore, among their noble remembrances is: "Glory to the One who is free from accidents, purposes, and parts. Yes, glory to the One who is free from accidents, purposes, and parts." Accidents: the attributes; purposes: wisdom; parts: the hand, the face, the eyes, and the like; the parts. All of this is in order to deny what Allah described Himself with of the perfect attributes. He said:
"And you made His descriptions an accident, and *** this is all a bridge to denial".
