Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "A chapter explaining that the calamity befalling the people of denial of the divine attributes and disbelief concerns the names for which Allah has not sent down any authority"
This means that the calamity befalling them is that they have innovated names for which Allah has not sent down any authority. Thus, this innovation has led to doubt, skepticism, and confusion, as will become clear, if Allah wills.
