The meaning of the poet's saying: "As long as his hands have tied his garment *** he has fastened his waistband to the Most Merciful"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"As long as his hands have tied his garment *** he has fastened his waistband to the Most Merciful"
"As long as his hands have tied his garment" When does this happen? That is, from the age of six or seven years, or something like that. Yes, because a young child is not able to tie his garment. Who ties it for him? His mother, for example. But when he grows up, he ties his garment with his own hands.
"As long as his hands have tied his garment *** he has fastened his waistband to the Most Merciful"
He says this while speaking of the blessing of Allah, not boasting with it over the servants of Allah.
