What is the authenticity of the hadith: "What is taken by the sword of shyness is forbidden"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Here, some questions have come from some of the brothers. A brother is asking about the authenticity of the hadith, "What is taken by the sword of shyness is forbidden." Is it a hadith or what, and what is its grade?

The Shaykh :
What is taken by the sword of shyness is forbidden ما أخذ بسيف الحياء فهو حرام
It is not a Prophetic hadith; rather, it is a statement by some of them. Its meaning is correct, and there is in the hadith what suffices for it. In reality, this is due to the Muslims' lack of interest and their weakness in caring for the hadiths of their Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). They turn away from preserving the Sunnah and preserve what the Prophet of the Sunnah did not speak of. What is there that suffices for that statement? It is his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
The wealth of a Muslim man is not lawful except with his willing consent. لا يحل مال امرئ مسلم إلا بطيب نفسه
Sunan ad-Daraqutni 13:78
Therefore, you, O Muslim, it is not permissible for you to take money from your Muslim brother out of shyness, knowing that his soul is not pleased with you regarding this money. If you take it and possess it, you have possessed a forbidden, unlawful thing. This hadith suffices us for that hadith.
The wealth of a Muslim man is not lawful except with his willing consent. لا يحل مال امرئ مسلم إلا بطيب نفسه
Sunan ad-Daraqutni 13:78
Yes.
