Prayer on usurped land

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: What is usurped land, and what is the ruling on praying in it?

Answer: Usurped land is that which is seized without right, as He said

(peace and blessings be upon him):
Whoever cuts off a span of the land unjustly, Allah will encircle him with it on the Day of Resurrection from the seven earthsمن اقتطع شبرًا من الأرض ظلمًا طوقه الله يوم القيامة من سبع أرضين
Sunan al-Bayhaqi 7:57
, so this is the usurped land that the oppressor seizes without right and prevents its owner from it, and prayer in it is not valid; because prayer in it is benefiting from it and occupying it with worship while it is usurped, so prayer in it is not valid, and it is among the places that the jurists mentioned in which prayer is not valid.

Question: Usurped land is that which is usurped from a person, or it may be from the state's properties, far from the cities, and a person cuts it off, so he revives it or something of this sort, does this fall under usurpation?

Answer: The meaning of usurped land is: that which is taken from its owner without right, and the oppressor seizes it from its owner who has a valid and lawful ownership, this is the usurped land.
