Continuation of the Hadith of the Great Intercession

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The important point is that Noah (peace be upon him) excuses himself with what? He excuses himself regarding the intercession with what, O brothers? Because he asked Allah for something about which he had no knowledge. They come to Abraham, and he excuses himself with something that is not a sin, it is not a sin, but because of the strength of his exaltation of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), he feared it might be a sin. He excuses himself with three lies, which are lies but not lies in reality. Abraham (peace be upon him) said, as it is reported:
So when the night covered him [with darkness], he saw a star. He said, "This is my lord."
[Al-An'am 6:76]
His intention was not that he believed the star was a Lord, because he was the leader of the Hanifs, but he wanted to challenge those who worship what? The stars. And likewise with the moon, and likewise with the sun. And when he smashed the idols and his people returned to them, he said:
Rather, this - the largest of them - did it
[Al-Anbya 21:63]
This was also a challenge; he said it as a challenge to his people, as if he were saying: The largest idol is not pleased that anyone shares in its worship, and therefore he broke the idols. In reality, did this idol break the idols? No, but he wanted to make it clear to them that Allah is not pleased that anyone associates partners with Him.
And this which we have mentioned matches the saying of Allah (Mighty and Majestic):
He presents to you an example from yourselves
[Ar-Rum 30:28]
Listen, O brothers, He gave an example:
He presents to you an example from yourselves. Do you have among those whom your right hands possess any partners in what We have provided for you so that you are equal therein
[Ar-Rum 30:28]
Do you know the meaning of the verse? He is saying now, you have a slave whom you own; does this slave share with you in your wealth? Answer, my brother. No.
Do you have among those whom your right hands possess any partners in what We have provided for you so that you are equal therein
[Ar-Rum 30:28]
No. If that is the case, how do you make for Allah a partner in what He created? In any case, we return to Abraham (peace be upon him).
The third lie is that he said to the king who wanted to seize his wife: "This is what?" My sister. And she was not his sister by lineage, but she was his sister in the religion of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Good.
In any case, if you reflect on these, you will find that they are not lies, but they are concealments. However, the station of the Prophets is a high station; they do not want their deeds to be blemished by anything. They come to those after them? To Moses, and he... excuses himself by saying that he killed a soul for which he was not commanded to kill it. What is it? What is the soul that he killed? He went out one day and found an Israelite, meaning from the Children of Israel, and a Copt from the family of Pharaoh, and he found them disputing:
And the one from his faction called for help to him against the one from his enemy, so Moses struck him
[Al-Qasas 28:15]
. How did he strike him, O Abu 'Abd al-'Aziz? He struck him like this:
And Moses struck him and killed him
Meaning he perished, he died, because Moses (peace be upon him) was among the strongest of the Prophets, very strong. For this reason, when he returned after the appointment with his Lord, when he returned and found his people worshipping the calf, what did he do? He threw down the tablets in which the Torah was written; he threw down the tablets. Some exegetes said until they broke. And he took his brother by the head and dragged him toward him, saying: How did you do this? He said:
O son of my mother, do not seize [me] by my beard or by my head
[Taha 20:94]
Because Aaron admonished them, but they said:
We will never cease being devoted to the calf
[Taha 20:91]
What?
until Moses returns to us." حتى يرجع إلينا موسى
[Taha 20:91]
. The important thing is that Moses excused himself. Who is left? Jesus. People come to Jesus. All this is on the Day of Resurrection; we ask Allah to save us and you from its terrors. They come to Jesus. Jesus does not make any excuse, but he wants to give credit to its rightful owner. He does not mention anything about himself, but he says: "Go to Muhammad (may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him), and I ask Allah not to deprive us and you of his intercession. Go to Muhammad, the servant to whom Allah has forgiven what came before of his sin and what came after." They come to Muhammad (peace be upon him), and he says:
I am the one for it أنا لها
Then he prostrates beneath the Throne, and he is permitted to intercede. This is also something that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) gave him and did not give to any of the people. And in this, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) says:
And from [part of] the night, pray with it as additional [worship] for you
[Al-Isra 17:79]
What?
it is expected that your Lord will resurrect you to a praised station.
[Al-Isra 17:79]
In this station, the first and the last of his Ummah and others praise him.
Then He said, (Mighty and Majestic), reminding His Prophet of His blessings upon him, so that he may measure what is to come by what has passed. What did He say:
And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.
[Ad-Duhaa 93:5]
? Allah (Mighty and Majestic) established His past blessings upon him in order for him to measure what is to come by what? By what has passed.
