The Shaykh :[Al-Fatihah 1:2] A person begins the al-Fatihah with this [Al-Fatihah 1:2] From the creation of the heavens?
The student: Allah.
The Shaykh : From the creation of the earth?
The student: Allah.
The Shaykh : From the creation of man? Allah. From the creation of the angels? Allah. From the creation of everything? Allah.[Al-Furqan 25:2] He is the Lord of the worlds (Glorified and Exalted is He), the Manager of His servants according to what He wills and what His wisdom requires (Blessed and Exalted is He). There is no Lord other than Him, no one to be worshipped other than Him, and no refuge in times of necessity except with Him. Whoever attaches himself to anything other than Allah and entrusts himself to it has failed and lost. The worlds are all of creation, all of creation: the world of humans, the world of angels, the world of jinn, the world of plants, and so on. All of creation is a world.
