Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (A revelation from the Lord of the worlds)]

Allah the Exalted said:
[It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds.تَنزِيلٌ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
[Al-Waqi'ah: 80] Meaning: This Qur'an is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds, descending from Allah (Mighty and Majestic), because it is His speech, and the speech of Allah the Exalted is revealed, not created.
It is derived from this noble verse that the Qur'an is not created, because it descended from Allah, so it is His speech, and His speech is among His attributes (Glorified and Exalted is He), and His attributes are not created.

And in His saying: (A revelation from the Lord of the worlds) is an indication that it is obligatory for us to act upon it; because the One who revealed it is the Lord who is obeyed, the Creator, the Provider, whom it is obligatory for us to obey in what He has commanded, and to refrain from what He has forbidden and warned against.
[It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds.تَنزِيلٌ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
[Al-Waqi'ah 56:80]
And (the worlds): everyone other than Allah, and they are called "worlds" because they are a sign of their Creator, for if a person reflects on this creation, it indicates to him what Allah (Mighty and Majestic) has of greatness, dominion, mercy, and other attributes.
