Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The prohibition of transactions is attributed to matters. The first matter is injustice, injustice. Every act of worship that involves injustice is forbidden, because Allah the Exalted has forbidden injustice for His servants. Allah the Exalted said in the Holy Hadith:
O My servants, I have forbidden oppression for Myself and have made it forbidden amongst you, so do not oppress one another. يا عبادي إني حرمت الظلم على نفسي وجعلته بينكم محرماً فلا تظالموا
Sahih Muslim 2577a
This principle encompasses many types, such as deception, lying, and concealment of defects, among other things.
