A woman asks: I am a woman who had an IUD inserted for contraception, and when I came for 'Umrah, I used pills to prevent menstruation, and a slight brown discharge came out of me before dawn

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The questioner says: I am a woman who had an IUD inserted for contraception, and when I came for 'Umrah, I used pills to prevent menstruation, and a slight brown discharge came out of me before dawn, one week after using the pills, which is the time when my period usually comes. I should mention that when I had the IUD inserted by a Muslim doctor who is committed to her religion, she told me that any brown discharge that comes out on days other than menstruation is due to strain, and its ruling is not the ruling of menstruation, and that there is no objection to using pills to prevent menstruation with the IUD. So is this brown discharge part of menstruation, or is it brown discharge due to the strain I undergo in standing for night prayer? I should also mention that I used these pills for two weeks and they did not affect me, and there was no brown discharge?

The Shaykh : The answer to this long question is that this brown discharge does not prevent her from prayer or fasting because it is not menstruation. Umm 'Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) said:
We used not to regard yellowish and brownish discharge as anything important. كنا لا نعد الصفرة والكدرة شيئاً
Sunan an-Nasa'i 368Sahih (Darussalam)
So we tell this questioner: Pray and fast, and there is no blame on you. It seems that the brother Muhammad Mishmari is sweating a little. Some people have suggested to us that the morning lesson be held in the place of the evening lesson. Do you see that?
The student: Yes.

The Shaykh : But what burdens you with climbing to the roof, what burdens
The student: No.

The Shaykh : What burdens, yes, do you agree to this? And you will be patient with the cold if the cold comes
The student : And we will not be patient with the heat ...

The Shaykh : I, if Allah wills, will be comfortable here and there. Yes, the important thing now, do you prefer that we move the morning lesson to the place of the evening lesson?
The student : Yes, yes, O Shaykh
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Okay, there is no power or strength except in Allah.
but they will not cease to differ. (119) Except whom your Lord has given mercy ولا يزالون مختلفين إلا من رحم ربك
[Hud 11:118-119]
O Allah, have mercy on us. Yes, yes, what? Okay, in any case, I am afraid that if we go up to the roof, the sun will come to us. There is nothing but this, or is there no doubt that the roof is cooler, airier, wider, and safer from the crowding of those in i'tikaf and from the crowding of those passing by? I mean, it has benefits, but the sun, yes, that is it. So it may also be in the public benefit that if the sun comes, we stop the lesson. Okay, if Allah wills, we will tell the brothers that from tomorrow, this lesson will be in the place of the night lesson.
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : Yes, what is in al-Bukhari does not have "after purity" in the narration of Abu Dawud, after purity
The student: ...

The Shaykh : This is not menstruation, and even if it were on the days of menstruation, it would not harm.
