Explaining that prayer is a form of glorification, and that the best of the five prayers are Fajr and 'Asr

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : [From the glorification] "Glorify Him in the morning and in the evening." Prayer is a form of glorification; prayer is glorification because it includes glorification and because it is the exaltation of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) itself. For this reason, some scholars said regarding His saying:
(17) So exalted is Allah when you reach the evening and when you reach the morning. (18) And to Him is [due all] praise throughout the heavens and the earth. And [exalted is He] at night and when you are at noon. فسبحان الله حين تمسون وحين تصبحون وله الحمد في السموات والأرض وعشياً وحين تظهرون
[Ar-Rum 30:17-18]
They said: "This is a reference to the five prayers". Know that the best of the five prayers are two: Fajr and 'Asr. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said about them:
He who observed two prayers at two cool (hours) would enter Paradise. من صلى البردين دخل الجنة
