What is your opinion regarding one who performs wudu' and then takes a bath, where he might touch his private part? What is the ruling?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What is your opinion? May Allah reward you with good. I heard it was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that the one who performs wudu' and then takes a bath, takes the bath with his wudu' in the act of bathing itself, so his wudu' is his wudu' and it is permissible. However, a person may perform wudu' and then take a bath, and he may touch his private part or something similar, which invalidates his wudu'.

The Shaykh : Touching the private part does not invalidate the wudu' unless it is for the sake of sexual desire. If it is not for sexual desire, then the wudu' is recommended and not obligatory. Accordingly, if one takes a bath after performing wudu' and his hand touches his private part without sexual desire, his wudu' is valid. Yes. Peace and mercy of Allah be upon you. Yes.
