Allah Sworn by Many Things, Such as the Daybreak, but He Said, "I Do Not Swear by the Day of Resurrection"; What Is the Distinction?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah.
His EminenceThe Shaykh : Indeed, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) swore in many places.

The Shaykh : What?

The questioner : Indeed, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) swore by the daybreak, and in Surat al-Qiyamah, He said:
I swear by the Day of Resurrection لا أُقْسِمُ بِيَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ
[Al-Qiyamah 75:1]
So what is the distinction between the two oaths?

The Shaykh : Meaning:
I swear by the Day of Resurrection لا أقسم بيوم القيامة
[Al-Qiyamah 75:1]
?

The questioner : Yes, the point of the oath.

The Shaykh : As for Allah the Exalted swearing by the morning, He swore by the morning, and He swore by the sun, and He swore by the night, and He swore by other created things. As for His saying, the Exalted:
I swear by the Day of Resurrection لا أُقْسِمُ بِيَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ
[Al-Qiyamah 75:1]
this is not a negation; this is an affirmation, and"No"in His saying:
I do not swear لا أقسم
is for emphasis, not for negation. Therefore, we say: Allah swore by the Day of Resurrection in this verse, and we do not say that He did not swear.
