Is it permissible to sell a house belonging to the real estate bank if the bank does not allow the sale until after five years?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Peace be upon you.

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace.

The questioner : A man’s shaykh is a senior official at the real estate bank, and his name came up, but he did not want to take it. Then his name appeared, and another man came and bought it from him with a sales order, and he took it on until the bank allows the transfer of the title to his name, which I believe is after five years. Is this permissible?

The Shaykh : If the bank allows it for the new owner, there is nothing wrong with it.

The questioner : The bank does not allow it until after five years.

The Shaykh : So he does not sell it to him until after five years.

The questioner : I mean, he does not sell it to him until it is complete?

The Shaykh : According to the regulations.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.
