Prostration of Recitation: Does it have a takbir and a taslim?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Peace be upon you and Allah's mercy.

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace and the mercy of Allah.

The questioner : Prostration of Recitation, O Shaykh, does it have a taslim?

The Shaykh : What?

The questioner : Prostration of Recitation.

The Shaykh : Yes, the prostration of recitation has a takbir when prostrating, but it does not have a takbir when rising, nor a taslim, because that was not reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), unless the person is in prayer. If he is in prayer, it is obligatory for him to say takbir when he prostrates and to say takbir when he stands up.
