Chapter: Combing the hair, and when one thinks he has thoroughly wetted his skin, pouring water over it

The Reciter: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and all his Companions.
Imam al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) said in his book on the full ritual bath, in the chapter on combing the hair, and when one thinks he has thoroughly wetted his skin, pouring water over it.
