Is anyone who fought 'Ammar called a rebel?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is one person from the rebellious faction called a rebel?

The Shaykh : Yes?

The questioner : Is it said, for example, of an individual from the rebellious faction that he is a rebel?

The Shaykh :
Woe to 'Ammar, or misery to 'Ammar ويل أو ويح عمار
It is permissible to use the accusative or the nominative case.
The rebellious faction will kill him تقتله الفئة الباغيه
The rebels are those who go out against the Imam. There is no doubt that the followers of Mu'awiyah were going out against the Imam, because who was the Imam and the Caliph at that time? It was 'Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him). He was killed along with 'Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him), and those who killed him were the followers of Mu'awiyah. This indicates that the followers of Mu'awiyah were rebels and that 'Ali ibn Abi Talib was the one who was just.

The questioner : Is it said, for example, of Mu'awiyah that he was a rebel? (May Allah be pleased with him)

The Shaykh : I repeated a statement; if you had understood it, you would have known the answer to this question. What did I say?
I said the followers of Mu'awiyah, because Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) may not have been pleased with that, but his people hastened and rushed into fighting. That is why it is said, "The rebellious faction will kill him," so it is a faction.
