The Meaning of the Poet's Saying: And Ibn Nafi' the Truthful Narrated Its Hearing *** From Him with Verification and Perfection

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And Ibn Nafi' the Truthful narrated its hearing *** from him with verification and perfection"
He narrated his saying
"Allah is truly in the sky, and His knowledge *** Exalted is He, is truly in every place"
This seems to refer to His saying, Exalted is He:
and He is with you wherever you are وهو معكم أينما كنتم
[Al-Hadid 57:4]
For this verse caused confusion for the Mu'athilah (those who attribute presence to Allah in all places) who said that Allah the Exalted is in the earth just as He is in the sky, and they said that He is with you wherever you are. The Imams refuted them and said that Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, is in the sky and it is not possible for Him to be in the earth, but
And He is with you وهو معكم
means that He knows you while you are in the earth. The intended meaning of "with you" is His knowledge of you, not that His very Self is with us, because that is impossible for Allah. Does not
His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth وسع كرسيه السماوات والأرض
[Al-Baqarah 2:255]
How can the earth encompass Him? Therefore he says
"Allah is truly in the sky, and His knowledge *** Exalted is He, is truly in every place"
